Pressure pulse test rig

The rig is designed to test products by cyclical stresses with internal overpressure and internal and external overpressure. The main use is simulation of the tenseness states of the tested products in the most probable loading in practice. The device is used to measuring quantities within a device. The basic module includes equipment for the testing of products by pressure pulses of sinusoidal or trapezoidal shape. The device is controlled by a software and a regulator which, in addition to the analytical function (accurate display of pressures and waveforms), evaluates the course of the test statistically, ie the number of pulses, monitoring the pressure limits and storing history with the possibility to create protocols.

Description of the rig

The first module of the rig is built in a stainless steel frame with a modular aluminum body. The lower part of the rig is a collecting tub provided with a drainage ball valve. The top of the device is open for better heat outlet out of the rig. The sides of the rig are form from the door for access to technology.

The second module of the rig is also built in a stainless steel frame with a modular aluminum body. The lower part of the rig is a collecting tub provided with a drainage ball valve. The module is connect on the chamber (the place for connecting test pieces) with a changeable atmosphere. The chamber has inside extra secondary circuit technology for its proper operation. The temperature chamber can be used to change the ambient temperature of the test piece or a larger set of samples. There is indicator for leakage of the working fluid in the chamber in the event of cracking of the test piece.
