DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

Company PKS servis LTD since 1997‘s has been specialized in development and supply of special machinery and equipment. These devices are developed by us because we have our own designers, project architect and technical experts of hydraulics, who have been educating ourselves through internal training system. Machine units and equipments are tailored to specific requirements of customer:

• detailed analysis of assignment
• personal inspection of customers workspace with previous / follow-up technology and communication of ideas and needs
• transmission of information to designers
• duration calculations, static calculations of system stress, 3D modeling and customer discussion
• production of drawing documentation and finishing of construction details
• production of equipment and functional testing under supervision of customer
• installation and recovery of equipment on site at customer

For these special equipment we also produce own drive units and electrical cabinets with their own control system.

Our specialists in development department ensure complete production documentation for machine units while overseeing course of whole project. Our goal is achieve long-term operational reliability and precision of equipment, so during production our technicians supervise and control accuracy and quality of production, ensure continuity of production processes and deliveries including electric wiring and supervise final recovery of complete equipment.

In our workroom we produce equipment up to 5 tons because of load capacity of bridge cranes, in case of larger units we cooperate with regional engineering companies. Our workroom is fully equipped with machinery - not only for the production of hydraulic equipment. We also have our own test lab for testing hydraulic blocks, valves, cylinders and hoses. There also large hall with welding workroom for production of oversized parts equipped with column crane, semi-automatic pipe bender and small lathe for internal production.

By installing and reviving device at customer our services are not ending. For our machines and equipments we make regular services. As variation to routine service we also offer possibility of service or contractual NON-STOP service for regular maintenance of equipment or machine parts manufactured and delivered not only by us.
